Out of time, out of history Exhibition in Paris
Martha’s Place Gallery in Paris will be hosting beginning March 23, 2013 the two person exhibition out of time, out of history with paintings by Jonathan Shimony and photographs by Michael McCarthy. Their work addresses a contemporary world seemingly spun out of control. Every day in the news media we are bombarded with stories of disaster and tragedy of every possible origin. Out of time, out of history presents two artists reacting in diverse ways to our modern and dysfunctional world.
